Very clean rooms and solid breakfast. Room temps will go down to 60° which is a must. Great price for accommodations and located centrally to a ton of things to do in Greensboro. Hard to beat this as a total package if trying to stay on the affordable yet quality side.
I work and live on the road so finding a hotel to treat you like family is hard. I've been a resident of this location for 3 years for work and you could't ask for a better manager and group. The rooms are clean and beds are soft. If you ever need anything and you show respect you will get it in return.
The rooms and the hotel in general were clean. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to have a late checkout. I would recommend it if you're in the area.

I am enjoying my stay at Comfort Suites Hickory Ridge location. My husband and I were greeted kindly at arrival and check in was fast. The suite was large, clean, with microwave and refrigerator. The style is dated, but beds slept very comfortable. The shower was hot and clean. All materials perfect to relax after a long day. Quiet hallways but a deserted feel at times. Front desk staff professional and helpful. I really needed to use the business center but it consisted of one computer and printer that didn't work. I am so glad the front desk staff aided me to print needed documents in a crunch. Management please fix the computer as guests count on the amenities advertised during stay. I recommend this hotel as it was perfect for our short stay.
Stopped in here on short notice after a nearby competitor didn't honor a reservation made 2 months ahead of time. The front desk was really helpful in finding a room that would work for my wheelchair access needs-in spite of being heavily booked and nearly full. The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. We had a great view of airplanes coming and going from the nearby airport (free entertainment). Breakfast was good and the coffee was a good blend and fresh. There does seem to be a mechanical noise associated with the exhaust in the bathroom, causing a repetitive vibration noise in the duct work. Beyond that, everything was moderately quiet for being so busy. We're grateful for the assistance that was provided on such short notice and we'd definately stay here again, perhaps with a little bit more planning ahead of time.
